The view of the Earth from space may have symbolised the environmental movement in the 20th Century, but many will now be more familiar with it as the first screen they see when they open Google Earth. This wonderful tool for examining the landscape of the Earth will hopefully increase people's understanding as well as fuelling interest in landscape architecture.
